Gordon and Victoria moved to The Plough Inn in August 2004.
This is the first time they have owned their own pub business although Gordon has been a pub manager for ten years having worked full time in pubs since leaving University in Nottingham in 1991.
Victoria is a Maritime Archaeologist and, up until the birth of their daughter Lucy in January 2007, she worked for the Salisbury based company Wessex Archaeology. She is now taking time out to look after Lucy and to take a more active role as landlady of The Plough.
The pub dog Sophie is a very friendly and soppy four year old and possibly the only Labrador on the planet who is fussy about food (so don’t be offended when she turns her nose up at a crisp or chip – she’s got her eye on the fillet steak!).
